Closing a window

A window was slightly open. I decided that I did not need it to continue to be so. I closed it and securing it using the window handles.

I remember Maria von Trapp (well, actually it was Julie Andrews, but that’s a bit academic) saying, ‘whenever the Lord closes a door, he normally opens a window somewhere’. I’m not sure how it works with windows however…

Woah there sport. A little more information. Was it a dormer window? A sash? Or a skylight? Did it have one aperture or two? Is there more than one open configuration? You’re getting ahead of yourself there.

Dude! your more interesting than a shamwow! (i like shamwows. they absorb sooooooo much. like a sponge. it should be spongewow) i’d rather do this than open a window. (there aren’t any windows upstairs, so i’d have to walk all-the-way down stairs. i’m quite comfortable right now)

  34. Yogita says:

And then you opened the window again :D

I can’t believe how many comments you get on a such a short, basic post. I guess all your posts are short though. I quickly perused through them. Good for you for putting together a blog with such a basic idea. Who would have thought it would get the traffic? You’re keeping the masses interested. But, what does that say about us?

  37. Kevin says:

You’re profound. Every entry I read in your blog, makes me take deep breaths and think about life.

It inspires me to think of the small things I do on an average, day to day basis. It makes me realize how incredibly busy I am all day, when I don’t even notice I just turned on my computer. Or, when I get dressed and I’m so lost in thought I can’t even remember zipping up my pants. But I did.

    Dave…. You’re a genius.
